> Ram Soni is a Mumbai-based product design leader with 20+ years in enterprise SaaS and regulated industries. He led product design at Sprinto, a compliance automation platform, through its 0→1 and 1→10 growth phases. Since January 2025 he has worked independently, designing and shipping AI-enabled pilot products with real businesses. - Stock control for service businesses such as salons: AI identifies products from photos, with a barcode scanner as the fallback.
- Inventory and lead matching for local estate agents: WhatsApp-centered, standard specs per listing, AI lead matching in progress.
- Finance and operations approvals for a hospital (in build): AI agents draft, named people approve; names never sent to models; every AI call logged.
- Also: an education lead-management CRM, a design system for AI coding agents, an assessment report generator, and a Mac backup and sync tool.
